Ropen and multiple sessions

Does ROpen use multiple session and port management in windows environment? My requirement is to login into an application that will talk to R Server upload a data file, then perform multiple functions on that file like data formatting, transposing, modelling, etc. one after another i.e. wait for the result to come back and repeat the activity till the desired output is achieved. This would require use of R session. At the same time I want to login into application again (different login credentials) and perform the same task? do I see data/functions of previous session?
